No, I haven't drawn anything in forever, but that is mainly due to quitting my old job, finding a new one, and trying to prepare myself to go back to graduate school (yey!). I am going to try (note: TRY) to start drawing again soon, but I make no promises. Without some kind of inspiration, it's a pretty useless endeavor. Might get into some fanart again . . . this time of NeoRomance games like La Corda d'Oro and Hiiro no Kakera. Pretty games

Anyways, try not to get into too much trouble while I'm gone!

And with the addition of "Tiger of Wind" to my gallery, the Four Gods project has reached completion! I am proud of each one of my designs. I think each brings out a different personality, and each tested my skills in different ways. It's good to branch out now and again.

Now to get working on those watercolors again That one I'm not so confident on, haha. But! That's what practice is for.

And now we have Genbu! XD This makes me a happy Tuzi - one more god to go, and then we shall be golden. I'm already trying to picture how I want Byakko to look. I think it's time to look up some reference photos. I want to finish up the Four Gods project I've assigned myself this weekend. Haha, Kim might get stuck with me working furiously on it while hanging out with her again. Sorry Kim, I'll try to finish it Saturday instead!

Hard to believe that summer is forcing itself upon us already. Spring? I know not of which you speak. Welcome to Michigan But I have decided that with the changing of seasons (good song in Persona 3 by the by) I should begin watercolor painting again. I know I have said this before, but this is one of my goals for the year. Plus, I want to give my coworker Miko a watercolor for a birthday present this year. She's an awesome person and has helped to keep me sane, and I think that is something that would mean a lot to her. So cheer me on that I can get back into the groove with that medium. It's been a while

Also, and I realize this is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay early to be thinking of such things, but people might be getting artwork for Christmas gifts this year. Trying to save up for Japan and paying all my bills is tough work, so we may have to economize this year. Of course, I shall still bake some cookies - I think it would be a sign of Armageddon if I didn't bake for Christmas, haha.

. . . I'm sick! *insert coughing fit here* Which is very annoying since I'm supposed to be seeing a friend of mine from Seattle tomorrow. Grrr. Doesn't it always figure that these things happen at inopportune moments?

ANYWAYS! What do we think of the "4 Gods" project so far? I'm rather pleased with them actually. They turned out much better than I hoped. Next on our list is Genbu! I just need to get some references, then I shall shock you all with my amazing talent!
